Saiyaara ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার বা এখান থেকে কেনাকাটা করার আগে অনুগ্রহ করে নিচের শর্তাবলী পড়ে নিন। আমাদের সেবা ব্যবহার করলে আপনি এই শর্তগুলোতে সম্মত বলে গণ্য হবেন।
১. সাধারণ শর্ত
আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটের সকল পণ্য, ছবি, লেখা ও কনটেন্ট Saiyaara-র সম্পত্তি। অনুমতি ছাড়া এগুলো ব্যবহার বা অনুলিপি করা যাবে না। আমরা যেকোনো সময় পণ্য, মূল্য বা শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তনের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।
২. অর্ডার ও মূল্য
- সকল মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকায় (৳) প্রদর্শিত।
- অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার আগে আমরা ফোন বা মেসেজের মাধ্যমে যাচাই করতে পারি।
- স্টক শেষ হয়ে গেলে বা মূল্যে ভুল থাকলে আমরা অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখি এবং সেক্ষেত্রে পরিশোধিত অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
৩. পেমেন্ট
আপনি ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি, বিকাশ, নগদ অথবা ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফারের মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট করতে পারেন। কিছু ক্ষেত্রে অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট বা আংশিক অগ্রিম প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।
৪. ডেলিভারি
আমরা সারা বাংলাদেশে কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে পণ্য পৌঁছে দিই। এলাকাভেদে ডেলিভারি সময় ও চার্জ ভিন্ন হতে পারে। প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ বা কুরিয়ার সংক্রান্ত কারণে কখনো কখনো ডেলিভারিতে দেরি হতে পারে।
৫. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড
ডেলিভারিম্যান উপস্থিত থাকাকালীন আপনি পণ্য দেখে নিতে পারবেন। পছন্দ না হলে কুরিয়ার চার্জ দিয়ে তখনই পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে। ডেলিভারিম্যান চলে যাওয়ার পর বা পণ্য গ্রহণের পরে আর ফেরত নেওয়া হয় না। বিস্তারিত জানতে আমাদের রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতি পেজ দেখুন।
৬. পণ্যের উপস্থাপন
আমরা পণ্যের রঙ, প্রিন্ট ও হাতের কাজ যথাসম্ভব নিখুঁতভাবে দেখানোর চেষ্টা করি। তবে স্ক্রিন সেটিংস, আলো এবং হাতে তৈরি পণ্যের বৈশিষ্ট্যের কারণে সামান্য পার্থক্য হতে পারে। মাপ ও দৈর্ঘ্য আনুমানিক এবং পণ্যভেদে সামান্য ভিন্ন হতে পারে।
৭. দায়সীমা
আইনের সর্বোচ্চ সীমা অনুযায়ী, আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট বা পণ্য ব্যবহারজনিত কোনো পরোক্ষ বা আনুষঙ্গিক ক্ষতির জন্য Saiyaara দায়ী থাকবে না। কোনো দাবির ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের সর্বোচ্চ দায় সংশ্লিষ্ট পণ্যের পরিশোধিত মূল্যের বেশি হবে না।
৮. প্রযোজ্য আইন
এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত ও ব্যাখ্যাযোগ্য।

Please read these terms carefully before using the Saiyaara website or making a purchase. By using our services, you are considered to have agreed to these terms.
1. General
All products, images, text, and content on our website are the property of Saiyaara and may not be used or copied without permission. We reserve the right to change products, prices, or terms at any time.
2. Orders & Pricing
- All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
- We may verify an order by phone or message before confirming it.
- If an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount already paid.
3. Payment
You may pay by Cash on Delivery, bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer. In some cases an advance or partial advance payment may be required.
4. Delivery
We deliver nationwide across Bangladesh via courier. Delivery time and charges may vary by location. Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to natural events or courier-related reasons.
5. Returns & Refunds
You may inspect your product while the delivery agent is present. If you are not satisfied, you may return it on the spot by paying the courier charge. Once the delivery agent has left or the parcel is accepted, returns are no longer available. For full details, please see our Return & Refund Policy page.
6. Product Representation
We make every effort to represent the colours, prints, and hand-crafted details of our products as accurately as possible. Slight variation may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and the handmade nature of some items. Sizes and lengths are approximate and may vary slightly between pieces.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saiyaara shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
